Digital Entities in the UI
This topic covers how to create, upgrade, downgrade and manage a Digital Entity inside the Agent Builder.
Upgrading and downgrading
Open the agent in the Agent Builder → Properties → Digital Entity.
- Upgrade to Digital Entity — confirm the dialog (it repeats the 2 credits/day cost). An Entity badge appears next to the agent name and a new Entity tab shows up in the builder.
- Downgrade to regular agent — entity features stop being available and the daily credit consumption ends.
Upgrading also fixes a few settings for you: the entity always runs on the dedicated Digital Entity base agent, its Memory capability is always on, its binding is always Generic, and those panels are hidden or locked while the agent stays an entity. Downgrading returns the agent to the ERP Advisor base agent.
Only the owner of the agent can change this; other users see the current state read-only.
The Entity tab
Everything an entity carries with it is visible in the Agent Builder → Entity tab, split into sections:
- Memory — browse, search, curate and delete what it knows.
- State — the current focus, situation, stance and attention list.
- Emotions — the current emotional readings.
- Wake-ups — whether the entity is active, when it last checked in, and how to test it.
- Diagnostics — a log of recent wake-up activity and the conversations it created or continued.
