Your Profile
Your account, AI credit budgets, and quick access to related settings.
Open the profile page from the user menu in the top bar — click the large card at the top of the dropdown that shows your name, email, and current credit balance.
The page is organized as a main column with an Account card and an AI credits card, plus a set of Quick links on the right.
Account
Shows who you are signed in as:
- Avatar, display name, and email from your identity provider.
- Role — your platform role (Normal, Power, Partner, Employee, Admin, Developer, Owner) and the numeric level. The role controls which features are available across Operator.
- Member since — the date your account was created.
AI credits
Every AI action in Operator is paid for from an AI credit budget. This card shows all your budgets and activity from the last 30 days across three tabs.
Budgets
One row per instance you have a budget on, including your Home instance (highlighted with a Home badge) — even when its balance is zero. Each row shows:
- Instance name and address, and your role on that instance.
- Auto top-up — either Off, or the threshold → ceiling pair. When your balance drops below the threshold, Operator automatically tops you up to the ceiling from the instance pool.
- Monthly limit — how much has already been auto-topped up this month, and the cap (if set). Once the cap is reached, auto top-up pauses until the next month.
- Last auto — the timestamp of the most recent automatic top-up.
- Credits remaining — your current available balance, shown large on the right.
For details on how budgets are funded and administered, see Managing User Budgets.
Top-ups
A table of the top-ups added to your budgets in the last 30 days. Each entry shows the date, the type (Manual, Auto, or Adjustment), the source instance the credits came from, the credit amount, the resulting balance, and any note left by the administrator.
Usage
Your recent AI credit spend, grouped by day. Expand a day to see each conversation that consumed credits, with the agent that ran it, the number of messages, and the total credits used. Clicking a conversation opens it in the chat.
