Managing Your Listings
Open Community → My Listings to see everything you've published or have in progress. Each card shows the thumbnail, status badge, and quick actions:
- View public page — open the listing as users see it
- Edit — open the package editor
Install requests
If your listing uses Requires my approval, every install request creates a notification:
- Open the listing from My Listings
- Review who is asking and what scope they want
- Approve (with an optional message) or Deny (also with an optional message)
Approving grants the requester (or their instance) access to everything inside the package. Denying just sends them your message.
If your listing uses Anyone can install, installs happen automatically and you're informed via the activity timeline — no action required.
Activity timeline
The package editor has an Activity panel that brings everything related to the listing into one stream (last 30 days):
- Submissions and reviewer decisions
- Moderator messages and your replies
- Install requests, approvals and denials
This is the place to follow the back-and-forth around a listing rather than chasing individual notifications.
Messaging the reviewer
You can write to the reviewer at any time from the editor — for example to add context after submitting, or to follow up on a rejection. Reviewers can also message you without changing the status; their messages appear in the activity timeline and in your notifications.
Unlisting
You can unlist a package from My Listings at any time. It disappears from the gallery and from search, but existing installs continue to work — the people who already installed your package keep using it. Resubmit later if you want it back in the gallery.
Notifications you'll receive as an author
- Submission approved, rejected, or unlisted
- New install request (when approval is required)
- Message from a reviewer
- Your updated version has been listed
