Quick answers to common questions about buying and loading AI credits.

Why can't I buy credits for my ERP.net instance?

The Buy AI Credits option is missing or the purchase fails — most often because Operator is not installed on that instance.

Operator's credits live on the instance, so the instance needs Operator installed before you can load credits into it. This works even when you are connected to the instance with your user — the connection alone is not enough.

How to fix it

1. Install Operator on the instance from the ERP.net Marketplace: Operator in the ERP.net Marketplace.
2. Once installed, open the instance dropdown in the top bar and pick Buy AI Credits (available to instance admins), or go directly to /billing-credits.
