Browsing & Installing
Open Community from the top navigation to browse everything published by other Operator users.
Finding packages
- Category sidebar on the left — pick a category to narrow the gallery
- Search — matches titles and short summaries
- Language toggle — packages are published in the author's own language; the globe menu in the gallery lets you switch between the Original language and English, which is always available as a fallback
Each card shows a large hero thumbnail, the title, a short summary, and who published it.
The listing page
Clicking a card opens the full listing:
- Hero thumbnail and full description
- Contents — every app and agent included in the package, each with its own thumbnail. Hover any item to see a preview with its description and details.
- Author info
- A "Have it already" marker next to items you already own, that were already shared with you, or that you previously installed — so you know exactly what's new for you.
Installing
Authors decide two things about how their package can be installed:
Scope — where the install lands:
| Scope | Who can request |
|---|---|
| Just for me | Any signed-in user |
| For the whole instance | Instance admins (level 40+) on the target instance |
Authors may allow one or both. Packages that contain agents can only be installed at the user scope.
Permission — how the install is granted:
- Anyone can install — installs go through immediately and you get a confirmation notification.
- Requires author approval — your request waits for the author; you'll get a notification with the result.
My installs
Approved installs show up in My installs, where you can also uninstall at any time.
Installs are live subscriptions — you always run the author's current version and can't edit it directly. If you need to customize something, duplicate it through the App Builder first and work on your copy.
