Capabilities
Modular feature sets that power the Operator
Capabilities are the building blocks of Operator functionality. Each capability represents a discrete set of tools and actions that can be enabled or disabled based on user needs, security requirements, and operational context.
Some capabilities require an active instance connection, others are restricted to internal users, and a few are designed exclusively for external customers in Client Advisor mode.

Manage Agents
Destructive — Create, update, delete, and share user-defined agents programmatically. Inside the Agent Builder, instructions are edited via small find/replace patches so unrelated rules are never accidentally dropped; full rewrites are reserved for major persona pivots. The base agent you may pick depends on your access level (e.g. erp_manager requires Power User+, partner requires Partner+), and the reasoning level must stay inside the chosen base agent's band — invalid combinations are rejected with a clear error. Valid reasoning levels are fastest, fast, smart, expert, genius. Available to Power Users and above.
Enabling & Configuring Capabilities
Capabilities can be managed through the Capabilities settings page. You can enable/disable individual capabilities or apply a preset configuration that enables a curated set of capabilities for common use cases.
For Agents, each agent can have its own set of enabled capabilities, allowing fine-grained control over what actions an automated workflow can perform.
